How does a tezos node advertise its presence? Say we have a node in a NATted network where the public IP is 18.104.22.168 and the tezos-node address is 192.168.1.2 and the NAT router is set to forward port inbound connections for 22.214.171.124:9732 to the tezos-node at 192.168.1.2:9732. Now the node initiates contact out to a bootstrap peer. Then both the node and then the router picks a different ephemeral port as its source outbound initiation port for the TCP connection, lets say port 5000 from the node and 6000 from the router. So then the bootstrap peer sees a connection coming from 126.96.36.199:6000. How then does the bootstrap peer know how to correctly advertise the new peer 188.8.131.52:9732 to its other peers?
